Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all balloon sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Latex or foil balloons

  • Inflated balloons

  • Custom balloon arrangements or garlands

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

Please inspect your items before leaving the store. If an item is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, notify us immediately or within 24 hours with your receipt. Approved issues may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for damage caused by heat, weather, handling, transport, or environmental factors once items leave our care.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
