By purchasing from The Balloon Studio, you agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final. Due to the delicate nature of balloons and custom décor, no returns or refunds are offered.

• Custom orders (including balloon arrangements, garlands, and installations) require payment in advance and cannot be canceled once production has started.

• Pickup & Delivery: Customers are responsible for timely pickup. We are not responsible for damage after pickup or delivery due to handling, weather, or environmental conditions.

• Color & Design Variations: Slight variations in color, size, and design may occur and are not considered defects.

• Event Installations: Once an installation is completed and approved on-site, responsibility transfers to the client.

• Liability: The Balloon Studio is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use, handling, or exposure of products.

• Policy Updates: Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
